(2)see yourself as art, your imperfections make you human and everything has beauty, yourself included. to love yourself mentally, do what you love and love what you do. set goals, small reachable ones. start new hobbies, like drawing, or running or reading idk. hang out with those friends who make you laugh and feel good about you. it doesn't matter if you feel so lost, you can find yourself again. as humans, we are constantly moving and parts of you change but thats okay.
